Well Testing & Sampling

Schwope Drilling is proud to offer bacterial and chemical testing services for our customers. It's good practice to perform annual bacterial sampling to ensure your water is clean.

Volume Testing

Mainly used public supply wells, Schwope Drilling offers 24-48 hour on-site water production tests. This process involves continuous operation of the well and noting the flow rates at given intervals to monitor how well a particular well is producing. 

Bacterial & Chemical analysis

When a property owner decides to sell a home, we recommend performing a bacterial test. This ensures that if there is any bacteria, the well can be sanitized and retested prior to the seller requesting a test, and setting back any closing timelines. Acquiring the sample directing from the wellhead is recommended in order to get as close as possible to the source of the water. If tests are taken at faucets or inside homes, bacteria in the vicinity is likely to cause the test to come back positive. We are available to take water samples Mondays-Thurdays due to the lab being closed on Friday.
